Group bookings and entire building rentals. Subject to availability, you can book several apartments or request the entire building for the exclusive use of your group. Our seven boutique apartments allow you to stay together while maintaining the privacy and independence of each guest, right in the heart of Sant Feliu de Guíxols and just 250 meters from the sea.

For longer stays. We offer a 30% discount for stays of 28 nights or more. Each apartment has a private kitchen, washer-dryer, and high-speed Wi-Fi: a comfortable solution for living, working, or training on the Costa Brava for several weeks.

Who is it for? SJ7 is a practical option for sports teams, cyclists, triathlon and competition participants, relocated professionals, families, groups of friends, and people attending weddings or other events held in Sant Feliu de Guíxols.

A customized proposal. Let us know the dates, the number of registered guests, and the apartments required. We will confirm availability and send you a proposal with the price, minimum stay requirements, deposit, and cancellation policy.

Group leader. For bookings of multiple apartments or the entire building, one person must provide guest details and accept the house rules and booking conditions on behalf of the group. The maximum occupancy for each apartment and the quiet hours of 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM must be respected.
