House Rules — SJ7 Aparthotel

Thank you for choosing SJ7 Aparthotel. These rules apply to all guests and are required under Catalan tourism regulations. Please read them upon arrival and keep them for reference during your stay.

1. Quiet Hours & Respect for Neighbours • Quiet hours: 22:00 – 08:00 (as required by Catalan municipal regulations). • Loud noise, music, shouting or disturbance is strictly prohibited. • Please respect neighbours in common areas such as corridors, stairways and the building entrance.

2. No Parties or Events • Parties, gatherings or events are strictly prohibited. • Only registered guests may access the apartment. • Inviting unregistered persons into the property is not permitted.

3. Smoking Policy • Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is prohibited indoors in accordance with Spanish Law 42/2010. • Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas, where available. • Additional cleaning fees will apply if smoking occurs inside the apartment.

4. Maximum Occupancy • The maximum occupancy specified in your booking must not be exceeded. • Additional guests require prior written authorisation from the host. • Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted.

5. Safety & Digital Access • Access codes are personal and must not be shared with non-registered guests. • Always close doors, windows and the building entrance when entering or leaving. • In case of emergency, contact us immediately (see confirmation email).

6. Damage & Cleanliness • Guests are responsible for maintaining the apartment in good condition. • Damage, broken items or excessive cleaning may result in additional charges. • Please inform us immediately of any accidental damage.

7. Prohibited Conduct • Illegal activities, drugs or weapons are strictly prohibited. • Behaviour disturbing public order may result in immediate removal without refund. • Harassment or threatening behaviour towards neighbours, staff or guests will not be tolerated.

8. Children’s Safety • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. • The establishment accepts no responsibility for accidents due to lack of supervision.

9. Pets • Pets are not permitted unless explicitly authorised in writing before arrival. • If authorised, guests are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning.

10. Parking • SJ7 Aparthotel offers private parking spaces available for an additional fee. • Parking must be booked in advance and is subject to availability. • Parking is at the owner’s risk. The establishment is not liable for theft or damage. • Vehicles must be parked within the designated space.

11. Waste & Sustainability • Please sort waste according to local recycling rules. • Turn off lights, air conditioning and appliances when leaving the apartment. SJ7 holds an official double-A energy certification, and your cooperation helps us maintain it.

12. Check-out • Standard check-out time: 11:00. Late check-out must be agreed in advance. Before leaving please ensure: • Windows and doors are closed and locked • Lights and appliances are switched off • Keys or access cards are left as instructed • Waste is disposed of in outdoor containers

13. Violation of House Rules Serious violations may result in: • Immediate cancellation of the stay without refund • Additional charges for damage or disturbances • Involvement of local authorities if required.
